Biography
Essentially the brainchild of singer/songwriter John F. Kieltyka, Regular finds him credited with writing and performing every song on the group's self-titled 2003 debut, an album that also incorporated instrumental support from four additional musicians. The band's singular profile stems from its pairing of straightforward alternative rock melodies and vocals with opaque, free-associative lyrics that offer scant appeal to listeners drawn toward more mainstream pop fare.
