Forming a UK duo, Nick Simpson and Richard Brown delivered a standout instance of the initial trance style. Attention from the press came their way via the debut releases ‘Crunch’ and ‘I Can’t Take It’, thanks to the straightforward yet compelling rhythmic elements. Their 1993 release ‘Ad Infinitum’ followed the usual pattern by remaining rather unremarkable, yet it generated a distinct mesmeric quality.
