Biography
Joshua Major-Paschal from Boston records and performs as Rilla Force, working as a producer and DJ across hip-hop, R&B, and electronic music. He began creating tracks as a teenager and continues to build energetic, low-end-focused pieces that sit between atmospheric textures and refined, dancefloor-oriented cuts. In addition to his own releases he has worked alongside fellow artists such as Vince Ryouta, TeaMarr, Dreamchild, Joel Faviere, and others. The 2016 RNBDM EP contained the single “Jump,” which featured Adrien LaSalle and Caitlin Avocado; that same year also brought the standalone single “Swank.” In 2017 he teamed with KB Starr on the track “Standing Ovation,” which included Nu Lighter.
