Biography
After gaining experience with La Blues Band, where classic blues tunes and original songs were performed, Spanish singer/guitarist Roberto Giménez formed the blues-rock outfit Roberto Giménez & Raíles. Their debut effort, Rafles Blues, emerged in 1996 under the production of Jim Russell and came out on the independent local imprint Big Bang Producciones Discograficas. Hold Your Fire arrived next in 2000 and included covers of Albert King's "Born Under a Bad Sign" plus the Rolling Stones' "Jumping Jack Flash."
