Biography
The project Rocco con Buscemi arose as a distinctive partnership uniting Belgian DJ Dirk Swartenbroekx, known as Buscemi, with legendary crooner and accordionist Rocco Granata. By blending Buscemi’s taste for Latin American grooves and Granata’s easy listening tones, the pair achieved success via their lead single “O Sarracino” together with the accompanying album Rocco con Buscemi, both released in 2011.
