Biography
Roine Stolt, the Swedish guitarist, launched Roine Stolt's the Flower King as an expansive rock undertaking devoted to collaborative recording and touring, enabling him to pursue multiple songwriting directions. Formed while tracking the self-titled album by his progressive supergroup the Sea Within, RSTFK operates chiefly as a solo vehicle. Stolt recruited Sea Within associates Jonas Reingold and Marco Minnemann together with Hans Froberg, Michael Stolt, Max Lorentz, Zach Kamins, Rob Townsend, and Nad Sylvan. The nearly ten-minute-long advance single "Lost America" appeared first, followed in November 2018 by the full-length Manifesto of an Alchemist on Inside Out Music.
