Rosa López

From Spain, Rosa Maria López Cortés—known professionally as Rosa—possessed a voice of striking power and allure. Her introduction to popular music came early, through performances at local festivities. A finalist on the television contest Operación Triunfo, she went on to represent her country at the Eurovisión Festival with the song "Europe's Living a Celebration." BMG/RCA enlisted her for a self-titled debut album in 2002, produced by Alejo Stivel, formerly of Tequila.
