Biography
Rose Banks, a vocalist hailing from the West Coast, registered intermittent achievements across the seventies and eighties. During the mid-seventies she secured a contract with Motown and issued her album Rose in 1976. The single “Whole New Thing” registered modestly on the R&B listings. Twelve years afterward, Banks supplied vocals for Quincy Jones’s Back on the Block.
