East London pop singer Ruby Goe debuted with the single "Get on It" during November 2011, securing funding for its video from the clothing and lifestyle brand Puma. In 2012 came her follow-up release "Badman." The distinctive blend of electronic beats with edgy R&B vocals quickly drew interest from prominent figures in the scene, including the Stanton Warriors, who enlisted her vocals for their track "Get Up" and also delivered a remix of her song "Beat Breaking Boy." August 2013 saw her appear on Lethal Bizzle's "Party Right."
