Biography
Ryan Holladay, a Nashville multi-instrumentalist, first stepped onto the Grand Ole Opry stage at age five, the youngest musician ever to do so. By his eleventh birthday the young artist had already issued three albums. Early television appearances took him to The Oprah Winfrey Show and Nickelodeon, while live shows found him supporting Nickel Creek and the veteran Roy Clark. His April 2005 release, New Kid in Town, appeared on Ricky Skaggs’ Skaggs Family imprint and spotlighted the bluegrass prodigy alongside his father Mark on vocals and guitar, his uncle Mike on bass and vocals, and sixteen-year-old fiddler Tyler Andal.
