Biography
Originating from Bristol, England, this electronic musician rose to prominence on the dance circuit in the mid-90s without ever having DJed, thanks to an experimental approach. He puts out material on Out Of Orbit, a subsidiary of the Italian label ACV that lists Annibaldi, Armani, and others among its principals, and his output shows a stylistic debt to the Detroit techno godfathers: ‘There’s nothing pretentious about what I do, it’s just that I have ideas which are a little different to most other people. I’m not making music which says “take ecstasy all the time”. I’m trying to think beyond that.’
