Scott Isbell

Scott Isbell, an earnest pop performer, gained recognition through his composition "Trumpified." A native of Massachusetts who attended Emerson College, he developed an early passion for music and performance after encountering an Elvis Presley impersonator at age four. That admiration later grew to encompass Michael Jackson and James Brown. Following appearances at multiple local talent showcases, Wu-Tang Management signed him in 2013 as the collective’s first pop artist. He issued the singles "Fall in Love Again" and "I Should Be" across the following two years. In 2016 his track "Trumpified" rose on streaming charts and drew viral notice. Responding to reactions prompted by the divisive song, Isbell released "In the Clear Now" later that year.
