Biography
Hailing from Greenville, South Carolina, the roots-rock band Seconds Flat brought together vocalists and guitarists Anthony Tomlinson and Larry Hoskinson, lead guitarist Matt Morgan, bassist Rick Stapleton, and drummer Marlin Slater. The ensemble formed in 1993 and issued its first full-length release, Spittin' 'Cause We Like To, the following year. Temporary Fix, an EP, came next, after which the group joined noted producer Brian Ahern to cut a self-titled LP that Green Linnet put out in 1997.
