Biography
Chamber pop purveyor Eric Matthews, whose sound draws heavily from new wave bands and film soundtracks, joined forces in 2006 with Cleveland, OH multi-instrumentalist Christopher Seink to launch their Seinking Ships project. Intended chiefly as an outlet for instrumental pop experiments, the collaboration brings in occasional outside vocalists, most notably Miki Berenyi of Lush, who sings on the first leaked track, "We Will Drink Wine." A self-titled EP appeared in late 2008, followed by the full-length album Museum Quality Capture in June 2010.
