Biography
Formed in summer 2004 within New York City, speedcore act Seizure Crypt arose through the partnership of local scene veterans Tom Reardon and Doug Williamson. Reardon supplied vocals, guitar, and bass in addition to his commitments with Charnel House, while Williamson handled drums and percussion alongside his role in Terminal Confusion. Unable to recruit lasting extra members who shared their purist, lo-fi vision, the pair moved ahead on Seizure Crypt’s debut EP, aptly titled City of New York, bringing in guest vocalist Mike S.O.S. plus contributions from friends Jim Benton on banjo and Juan Rodriguez on classical guitar.
