Sérgio Britto entered the professional music scene in 1982 upon joining the Titãs. In 1994 he joined forces with Titãs bandmate Branco Mello and Roberta Parisi, formerly of Volcano, to create the band Kleiderman. Several Titãs hits trace their origins to Britto’s compositions, among them “Comida” (with Arnaldo Antunes/Marcelo Fromer, recorded also by Marisa Monte), “AA - UU” (with Marcelo Fromer), “Amanhã Não Se Sabe”, “Bichos Escrotos” (with Arnaldo Antunes/Nando Reis), “Dentes” (with Branco Mello/Marcelo Fromer), “Desordem” (with Marcelo Fromer/Charles Gavin), “Deus e o Diabo” (with Paulo Miklos/Nando Reis), “Diversão (with Nando Reis), “Domingo” (with Toni Belotto), “Era Uma Vez” (with Marcelo Fromer/Toni Bellotto/Branco Mello/Arnaldo Antunes), “Flores” (with Gavin/Belloto/Miklos), “Go Back” (with Torquato Neto), “Insensível”, “Lugar Nenhum” (with Arnaldo Antunes/Charles Gavin/Marcelo Fromer/Toni Bellotto), “Marvin” (R.
