SETI

Formed as a partnership between Savvas Ysatis, whose background includes Omicron and Futique, and Taylor Deupree—also known as Taylor 808—SETI united the pair in electronic music. Deupree had previously contributed to Futique, Escape Tank, Human Mesh Dance, Drum Komputer, and Prototype 909. The project delivered three ambient techno albums on Instinct. Distinction must be drawn from Andrew Lagowski’s unrelated solo work issued under the name S.E.T.I.
