Biography
Sheldon Sands is a multi-instrumentalist whose curiosity extends to musical traditions across many regions. In the late '90s he traveled to the Middle East and captured sessions with a mix of local players and visiting musicians. Those recordings were finalized in Colorado in 1998, though the project remained unreleased until Dead Sea Strolls appeared in 2002.
