Biography
Maddy Prior of Steeleye Span joined the folk diva June Tabor in 1976 to create the debut Silly Sisters album. Their second joint project appeared only after more than a decade had passed, yet both releases display the same exquisite blending of Prior’s clear, brassy soprano and Tabor’s darker tones.
