Biography
Chicago singer and composer Stella Katsoudas primarily drove the electronic-pop endeavor known as Sister Soleil, having initially appeared providing backing vocals for industrial outfits such as Die Warzau and Chemlab. Her independent Katharsis label put out the 1997 EP Drown Me in You, which exceeded 20,000 units in sales and prompted Universal to sign Sister Soleil, leading to the 1998 release of their album Soularium.
