Biography
The Slammin' Watusis opened their recording career with a debut album built entirely around punk. Additional sonic layers soon entered the mix, among them blues-rock, power pop, and occasional traces of heavy metal, all surfacing on the 1989 release Kings of Noise. That LP proved to be the band’s final studio effort, though bassist Clay Tomasek resurfaced two years afterward as a member of Green.
