Biography
In 1999 the Dallas-based quintet SouthFM came together and began performing a dark-hued variety of alternative rock marked by grunge influences, most notably in the way they construct gradual intensifications from quiet sections to thunderous ones. Their initial album, titled Drama Kids, came out on Brando Records in 2002, only to be remastered and remixed prior to appearing on Brando/MCA the next year.
