Biography
In 1996, Eric Majka on guitar, Chauncy Bjork on bass, Levi Bjork and Mark Bowman on guitar, and Brent Hilgefort on drums first assembled in Fort Collins, Colorado, where they would become known as Spanc. Their wide-ranging influences produced a fusion of alternative, metal, hip-hop, and punk sounds, leading the group to issue its self-titled debut album through independent means in 1999.
