In 2008, singer/guitarist Pat Graham teamed up with bassist Mark Dickinson and drummer Pat Ware to launch the Pennsylvanian punk trio Spraynard. Rooted in the Philadelphia suburb of West Chester, the group actively championed suburban living and invested effort in cultivating a thriving local D.I.Y. community. Their buoyant pop-punk approach and upbeat outlook yielded the debut album Cut and Paste in 2010, with Funtitled arriving the following year on the California indie Asian Man Records. Mounting demands from wider recognition prompted a hiatus soon after the 2013 7" Exton Square. Responding to a label request, the band issued the 2014 compilation of earlier singles and rarities titled The Mark Tom and Patrick Show. The limited promotional shows sold out swiftly, spurring a full-time reunion that brought in Jake Guralnik as the new bassist in place of Dickinson. Growing momentum secured a European tour and a deal with East Coast indie Jade Tree Records, which released the third album Mable in summer 2015.
