Biography
The bright indie-pop ensemble Standard Fruit coalesced around vocalist Denys Gawronski, guitarists Andrew Lowery and Clark Fisher, bassist Roger Smith, and drummer Ernie Woody. In 1995 the group issued its self-titled album through the Ellis Island label before ultimately dissolving. Most of the former members later reconvened in the band the Lulls.
