Biography
Stegosaurus originated in Santa Barbara, California, when vocalist/guitarist Jesse Rhodes joined forces with bassist Stan Betters and drummer David Liker. The project initially served as an outlet for Rhodes to develop his singer/songwriter ideas on a four-track recorder. After signing with Reprise, the band tracked their debut album alongside producer Adam Kasper, and the record reached stores in May 1998.
