Children's entertainer Steve Roslonek works under the Stevesongs banner. His affinity for live performance first took hold during college summers on Martha's Vineyard, where he sang in an a cappella ensemble. He composed his earliest children's song in 1997 for a local day care center, and the resulting debut album, Morning Til Night, appeared two years later. Recognition and praise from parent's groups proved sufficient for him to leave his consulting-firm position and devote himself to music professionally. On a Flying Guitar followed in 2000, The King, the Mice & the Cheese in 2002, and Little Superman in 2003. Having already appeared in classrooms, workshops, and libraries nationwide, Stevesongs released his fifth album, Marvelous Day, in 2006.
