Biography
Emerging onto the scene as an R&B vocalist, Strawberri launched her recording career in 1998 via the singles Saddle You Up and Secret. Issued on modest independent labels, both tracks nevertheless moved more than 20,000 copies apiece. Her first full-length effort arrived the next year on Warlock Records; titled Nothing Better, the album highlighted an even greater command of her smooth, sensual vocal style and songwriting approach.
