Biography
Jimy SeiTang, the New York improvisational artist, departed from Psychic Ills and their psychedelic indie rock scrawl in favor of synthesizer-based solo material released as Stygian Stride. His first album, a self-titled effort issued by Thrill Jockey in 2013, achieved its raw, wintery mood through analog gear and repetition while resembling a cross between John Carpenter and Suicide.
