Super Deluxe

Hailing from Seattle, Super Deluxe operated as a power-pop band steeped in post-grunge textures and clearly modeled after the Posies. Warner secured their signature in 1994, which led to the autumn 1995 arrival of their first album, Famous. Widespread praise from critics failed to translate into meaningful commercial traction. The band returned in the summer of 1997 with the follow-up Via Satellite.
