Biography
Hailing from Thorold, Canada, superGARAGE drew their name from the auto shop that doubled as rehearsal space for bassist Rob Passero’s father, a choice that also neatly captured the band’s garage rock and power pop foundations. Joining Passero in the lineup were vocalist Marco DiFelice, guitarist Mike Palermo, and drummer Roger Habel. In 1996 the quartet issued their six-song debut EP, Duct Tape, then moved on to recording their first full-length effort, a self-titled album that appeared the next year.
