Biography
Born and raised in Chockie, Oklahoma, Susie Luchsinger built a career in Christian country music as the younger sister of Nashville superstar Reba McEntire. She completed her studies at Oklahoma State University before joining her sibling on tour and supplying backing vocals for the 1981 album Heart to Heart along with its 1982 successor Unlimited. After marrying rodeo champion Paul Luchsinger she opened her solo chapter with the 1993 project Real Love, which produced four number-one singles on the Positive Country charts. Additional releases followed, among them Come as You Are in 1995 and Raised on Faith in 1999, before My Gospel Hymnal arrived during summer 2001.
