Biography
Philadelphia's filth-rock outfit Sweatheart channels its energies into lewd club/pop sounds, showcased through cuts such as "Fingerbangin'" and "Dreambeaver." Visual artists Thom Lessner and Rose Luardo launched the collective in 2005, and its first full-length, So Cherri, appeared on Tone Arm Records during summer 2006. Amanda Blank had already become part of the roster by then, joined by the ensemble's auxiliary unit "The Toddlers."
