Biography
C.J. and John Milroy, a married pair who admired acts such as Fleetwood Mac and Cowboy Junkies, chose to assemble their own group. They began constructing Tangerine Trousers in 1993 and continued shaping the project gradually across the following years. The Detroit scene took note of their richly textured and otherworldly live sets, allowing the duo to advance until they issued the album Far Above Rubies in summer 2002 and settled into regular appearances on Mitch Albom’s nationally syndicated radio program.
