Biography
Tanya Mullings launched her professional path in 1989 as a dancehall reggae singer devoted to the lover's rock substyle. Over the years she has shared stages with numerous leading figures from that scene while touring in several countries abroad. Her trophy case holds multiple industry honors, among them 11 Canadian Reggae Music Awards and 5 Caribbean Crucible Awards. Several prior Juno Award nominations gained fresh momentum in 2008 when Tanya again contended for the distinguished prize.
