Biography
Originating in Nashua, New Hampshire, the rock group Ten Story Love takes its name from a 1950s pulp comic book. Its debut appearance occurred in 1996, when guitarists Brad Page and Scot Gibbs, longtime companions of bassist Mike Haught, joined forces with drummer Jason Waugaman to compose and perform a set of guitar-driven pop songs. The self-titled debut CD reached completion inside Page’s home recording studio in 1998 and appeared as an independent release in early 1999. Ken Carpenter stepped in as the band’s permanent drummer the following October. Recording for the second album got under way in December 2000.
