Biography
Hailing from Southern California's Inland Empire region, Almighty Grind channels the same metal-hip-hop fusion that elevated Korn, Limp Bizkit, and Kid Rock. The six founding members—Orlando Costa and Tony Duran sharing vocal duties, Tom DeLong on bass and keyboards, Mike Reynaud behind the drums, Randy Mora on turntables, and Fernando Navarro handling guitar and keyboards—first convened in 1998, resulting in the independent release of their EP Topsoil the next year. By October 2000 the addition of guitarist Phil Lopez expanded the group to its final seven-piece roster.
