Biography
An eclectic six-piece ensemble called The Babblers debuted in November 2010 at Chattanooga's Discoteca. The mercurial indie folk/country hero Will Oldham, previously of Palace Brothers and Bonnie "Prince" Billy, shared leadership duties with Chicago-based singer/songwriter Angel Olsen. The group spent the balance of the year opening for Bonnie "Prince" Billy & the Cairo Gang before revealing plans to capture material on tape in early 2011.
