Biography
Beware any conflation with Lucifer—whether invoked as the Morning Star or the Fallen One—for Beast of the Apocalypse is in fact a black metal band operating out of Friesland Province in the Netherlands. The year 2009 marked its formation by the versatile pair H.T. Mozes, who supplied vocals, guitar, synths, and drums, and S. Serpentijn, who covered bass, vocals, synths, and drums. That same tremendously misanthropic project issued its raw, lo-fi debut album, A Voice from the Four Horns of the Golden Altar, deliberately captured to resemble a low-quality demo, the next year on the Transcendental Creations label.
