Biography
PT Walkley fuels the Blue Jackets through his songwriting, operating as a solo endeavor that incorporates various musicians on a rotating basis. The group's sound, shaped by his careful approach, blends sincere indie rock with country elements, appealing to admirers of Wilco, Golden Smog, and Pete Yorn. Known also as the frontman of New York City rock band Track Rabbit, Walkley has written tracks for movies directed by and starring Ed Burns. Their first full-length release, Shadows of the City, arrived in the autumn of 2006.
