Biography
Chris Sheehan, a singer and songwriter, conceived the one-man band known as Celebrity Pilots. Having previously played in the indie rock outfit the All Golden, he launched Celebrity Pilots toward the end of 2003. Drawing from the experimental space rock approach of his earlier group, Sheehan crafts a unified pop collection. The release Beneath the Pavement, a Beach! appeared via Sunken Treasure during the autumn of 2005. Outside his role leading Celebrity Pilots, Sheehan divides his efforts between keyboard duties on tour alongside Bob Pollard and studio sessions alongside Doug Gillard.
