The Computers

Emerging from Exeter, England's punk circles, the Computers comprise singer/guitarist Alex Kershaw, guitarist Sonny Crawford, bassist Nic Heron, and drummer Will Wright. Intent on differentiation, the quartet merged hardcore punk with garage rock and blues. Radio 1 Punk Show host Mike Davies soon detected their sound, spinning the debut single and booking the group for a live session. Fierce Panda then signed them and issued the 2008 mini-album You Can't Hide From. Their 2010 debut full-length This Is the Computers was tracked in days with Rocket from the Crypt's John "Speedo" Reis. Love Triangles Hate Squares, broader in scope than prior material, surfaced in April 2013.
