Biography
Emerging from the remnants of the legendary late-'80s post-hardcore band Moss Icon, frontman Tonie Joy formed the Convocation Of... as a new outlet that merges top-tier indie rock guitar lines with a forceful and steady rhythm section. Their self-titled full-length on art punk label GSL reinforced their place among the stronger post-rock outfits of the late '90s. Pyramid Technology arrived as their first release for Tiger Style in fall 2001.
