Biography
In May 1967 The Drag Set issued the obscure single "Day and Night"/"Get Out of My Way," a recording that followed the usual shift from mod sounds toward psychedelia. Collectors chiefly prize the disc because the group, during the late '60s, adopted the name the Open Mind and issued a scarce LP that later earned high regard as a British psychedelic rarity. Both "Day and Night" and "Get Out of My Way" appear on the anthology The Best of Strike Records.
