Biography
The Elevator Drops originated in Boston, where vocalist and bassist Goolkasian joined forces with guitarist Garvey J. and drummer Fitts to create a sound that fuses catchy Bowie-inspired pop and rock with thrashing indie-rock energy. Their debut arrived as Pop Bus in 1996, after which the group shifted operations briefly to Detroit in order to produce the follow-up album People Mover, released in 1997.
