Biography
Cornerstone Church, the nondenominational congregation established in San Antonio, Texas by fifth-generation pastor John Hagee, maintains the Hagees as its family-oriented musical outreach ensemble. John Hagee first absorbed gospel and praise-and-worship repertoire while traveling with his parents’ group, and three of his five children—Christina, Matthew, and Sandy Hagee—later joined him to continue that lineage under the Hagees name. His ministry subsequently broadened to include roughly thirty authored books plus radio and television broadcasts reaching across the United States. Whenever schedules permitted, he performed alongside his children, whose sibling-honed harmonies created a distinctive vocal blend. Several Christian music albums have appeared from the Hagees, among them the 2013 holiday collection Christmas and the 2014 release Love, both issued by Difference Media.
