Biography
Forming in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, the alternative rock trio The Honored Guests features Russell Baggett on vocals and guitar, Jeremy Buenviaje on bass and vocals, and Andrew Kinghorn on drums and vocals. After spending five years in the local band Milo, Baggett and Kinghorn began creating demos and brought Buenviaje into the project to complete the lineup. The group’s debut album, Iawokeinacityasleep, appeared in 2004, tracked at the band’s home studio and co-produced with Robert Sledge, formerly of Ben Folds Five.
