Biography
The Miami-based trio known as the Committee earned its reputation chiefly through studio production for multi-platinum acts including Trick Daddy and Trina. In 2001 the Collective allied itself with multiple Miami performers to create Iconz. Alongside Luc Duc, Stage McCloud, Bull Dog, Chapter, Tony Manshino, Screwface, and Supastarr, the Committee issued its debut album Street Money. Comparable to other Miami hip-hop releases, the music emphasizes booty-shaking beats yet reveals unexpected lyrical skill.
