The Long Lost

Alfred Darlington, who had previously explored electronica and hip-hop textures through his Daedalus project, turned to creating gentler material alongside his wife, vocalist Laura Darlington. The pair fused the electronic accents of Daedalus with intimate bedroom sonics and delicate melodies rooted in folk traditions, adopting the name the Long Lost and releasing their self-titled debut album in early 2009.
