The Lost Patrol

Established during the summer of 2000, the ensemble drew its primary sonic inspiration from scoring duties on independent films. Lost Patrol became recognized for its haunting female vocals paired with lush, ambient arrangements, taking the stage in New York, Nashville, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. The group further distinguished itself by mounting a live performance at the NASA Space Center. During the spring of 2001 the band issued its first CD/EP, Creepy Cool, an event that led to additional road work and a headline appearance at the Nashville New Music Conference. While sharing bills with Black Beetle and Peter Blegvad, Lost Patrol issued the single “Voulez Vous.” The musicians returned to the studio in 2002 for their second EP, Scattered, Smothered and Covered, and they have sustained an active touring schedule throughout the United States and Canada.
